As EasyProperties Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks related to the management of our properties and operations of the business.

Key Deliverables

Prospectus & Legal Document Preparation

  • Assist in the preparation and review of property investment prospectuses.
  • Preparing documents and letters for prospectus submission.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal conveyancers, banks, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth transactions.

IPO, Auction & Allocation Management

  • Oversee the administrative portal for setting up property IPOs and auctions.
  • Manage the investor allocation process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of investment offerings.
  • Create and Manage the auction process and allocations on the Admin system.

Property & SPV Administration

  • Filing of various documents on the shared folder.
  • Preparing various resolutions and power of attorney for new SPVs.
  • Maintaining documents for each SPV.
  • Manage annual valuations for various properties and update the platform with new values and documents.
  • Create and upload quarterly reports for each qualifying SPV.
  • Prepare dividend payment document for corporate actions
  • Update dividend payments on the platform.

Offer to Purchase Process

  • Liaison and coordination of documents with conveyancing attorneys.
  • Liaison and coordination of bond applications with finance houses.

Property Management & Operations

  • Support the rental administration team when required.
  • Track deals and manage commission payments.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of rental yields, expenses, and investor distributions.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, agreements, and compliance reports.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with property investment and management.

Training & Internal Coordination

  • Liaison with CE to assist with queries relating to EasyProperties and EasyMortgages
  • Assist with EasyProperties training topics.

  • 5+ years property administration and management experience
  • Relevant diploma or qualification
