Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing, and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.  

Our client, a recruiting company based in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking dedicated Aircraft Loaders from Tanzania for deployment at their client’s facilities. 

THE JOB:  

As an Aircraft Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading aircraft cargo, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage and freight.

Key Deliverables

  • Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircraft. 
  • Operate ground support equipment, such as baggage carts and conveyor belts. 
  • Ensure the safe handling and transport of all items. 
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment. 
  • Collaborate with team members and other airport personnel to ensure efficient operations. 

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum A level of education. 
  • Level 2 English proficiency. 
  • Valid National Passport or ability to acquire one within 14 days. 
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. 
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage but not mandatory. 
  • Presentable appearance and hospitality background or knowledge.
