- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for marketing services.
- Implement strategic marketing plans to achieve clients' goals.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, including timelines and budgets.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations, creative, digital, production) to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Work closely with the operations team to execute and deliver on projects
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base.
