Key Deliverables

  • Develop clear, engaging, and impactful copy for global marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials for Consumers;
  • Create and refine product value propositions that clearly communicate product benefits to diverse audiences;
  • Craft tailored content for each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention;
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with global strategy while considering regional nuances;
  • Write content for digital ads, social media, emails, blogs, websites, and in-product messaging;
  • Adapt tone, style, and messaging to different target audiences while ensuring brand consistency;
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and refine content, enhancing quality, emotional depth, and alignment with strategic goals;
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure content remains relevant across regions.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of copywriting experience in B2C;
  • Proven experience as a copywriter, ideally in consumer marketing or customer experience;
  • Skilled in using AI tools to draft foundational content and refine it for uniqueness and emotional depth;
  • Strong portfolio showing success across various channels and audience segments;
  • Passion for creating customer-centric content that enhances experiences and drives engagement;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
