Key Deliverables

  • Bring new high net worth to the organization.
  • Generate quality sales leads and qualify them.
  • Follow up and convert sales qualified leads to opportunities.
  • Make presentation of the organization’s products to prospect.
  • Research and provide market information and competitor’s intelligence.
  • Plan and execute the sales plan to meet overall target.
  • Motivate sales agents to generate income through selling of company’s products and services.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales and market intelligence report to the Regional Business Manager

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Social science discipline
  • Experience in Health Insurance / Banking Sector is an added advantage
  • 3-8 years’ experience.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and engagement skill
  • Good presentation skill
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Ability to cross sell and increase revenue.
