THE JOB

As the Digital Marketer, you will oversee all marketing functions, driving the company’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. Key Deliverables

1. Strategic Planning and Execution 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals. 
  • Identify target audiences and craft tailored marketing plans to engage and convert leads. 
  • Monitor and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis. 

2. Brand Management 

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms. 
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. 
  • Strengthen brand positioning through partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives. 

3. Digital and Traditional Marketing 

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Manage offline marketing activities such as events, print advertising, and public relations. 
  • Ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned across all channels. 

4. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization 

  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. 
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment. 

5. Market Research and Analysis 

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences. 
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 
  • Use data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine approaches. 

6. Team Leadership and Collaboration 

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve individual and departmental goals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service. 
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team. 

7. Budget and Performance Management 

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management. 
  • Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
