- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
- Screen telephone calls/messages, take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Manage the Director’s itinerary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Plan trips, arrange domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for Directors.
- Manage Director's personal and business diaries.
- Coordinate events and otherengagements.
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
- Handle requests and queries from clients appropriately.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
- Prepare for board meetings, which include drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
- Perform personal errands for the Managing Director as required.
