Maintenance of facility for daily production
Managing all equipment and Raw material
Ensuring adherence to all SOPs
Organization of finished products and follow-up with clients
Packaging and Arranging finished goods for Sale
Other duties as applicable or assigned Requirements and skills
Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including fryers and cutters
Understanding of food safety practices.

Essential Qualities
HND / BSc in Food Technology / Food Science. OND may also apply. Minimum of 2 years experience in a food processing company Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel spreadsheets & Powerpoint. Leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of processing operations management and reporting. Good interpersonal skills.
