Key Deliverables

Operational Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead and mentor departmental managers and operational teams to achieve business goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, motivation, and training programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set objectives for operational teams to enhance efficiency.

Financial & Budgetary Oversight:

  • Manage operational budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
  • Drive profitability initiatives by optimizing resources and streamlining business operations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure effective cost management and financial forecasting.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation to enhance business performance.
  • Work with IT and data teams to leverage technology-driven solutions for operational excellence.

Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
  • Address customer concerns and operational challenges to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build strategic partnerships and ensure supply chain and logistics efficiency.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in operations management, business strategy, or general management roles.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and process optimization.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, driving efficiency, and implementing change.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
