Taeillo is an e-commerce furniture and lifestyle brand that manufactures furniture by specializing in African-inspired designs.

The PositIon

  • We are looking for a Human resourceexecutive to assist our head of peopleand culturein ensuring adequate and effective utilization of human resources within the company.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 / month.

Key Deliverables

  • Ensure that staff filings and documentations are well archived and easily assessable.
  • Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
  • Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
  • Ensure that all new recruits undergo thorough induction processes to aid their seamless integration into the group
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Excellent human resource management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - people management, mentoring/ coaching and leadership skills.
  • Effective in solving complex and demanding operational & managerial challenges
  • Highly focused, disciplined, self-driven and goal-oriented.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or any other related field.
