Job Title: Talent Resourcer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (UK time)

Location: South Africa-based, fully remote

Salary: R25,000pm excluding commissions 

Start Date: 1st of March 2025

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify top talent across European markets, including Germany, Italy, and beyond.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from setting up searches to engaging and qualifying candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to understand client requirements and deliver top-quality candidates who align with job specifications and organisational culture.
  • Utilise tools like LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and advanced search techniques to maximise sourcing efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activities to ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Proven experience as a Talent Resourcer or similar role, ideally with international sourcing experience.
  • Ability to independently manage candidate searches and operate autonomously.
  • Strong understanding of European recruitment markets, with a focus on engaging candidates across Germany, Italy, and other regions.
  • Experience working in remote environments and demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency (German preferred but not essential).
  • Access to a reliable laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
