Key Deliverables

  • Contribute to the diagnosis, design and roll-out of development plans.
  • Coordinate learning events and meetings (planning, logistics and administration) 
  • Create program materials (cards, games, presentations, posters, facilitator guide …) 
  • Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers. 
  • Use internal learning processes and tools (One Profile, People Analytics, ALLHR, LMS etc …)
  • Be responsible for creating instructional design elements or activating learning interventions and programmes
  • Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and support HRBP’s and GM’s with monthly and quarterly reporting taking into account KPI’s for the different learning dashboards. 
  • Create learning dashboards and streamline reporting through programmes such as (Advanced MS Excel and Power BI).
  • Design measures to track Learning budgets and expenses. 
  • Communicate locally on learning offers and activities in alignment with L’Oréal standards.
  • Work alongside our global team in standardising and activating learning initiatives.
