Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: $5.60 per hour
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours
  • Schedule: Flexible
    • New York, EST:
      • Wednesday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
      • Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
      • Flexible hours on Wednesday to Sunday as needed.
    • Philippine Time (PHT):
      • Thursday to Saturday: 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM
      • Sunday and Monday: 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM
      • Flexible hours on Thursday to Monday as needed.
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
    • Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
    • You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage and nurture leads from Facebook and Instagram using a CRM system to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct phone and virtual consultations to showcase services and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently using tools like Vergara or Square for a seamless client experience.
  • Update and maintain detailed client records in the CRM for personalized service and relationship building.
  • Participate in weekly training to enhance communication skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to convert leads into paying clients and boost sales.
  • Organize and manage the sales pipeline for a smooth client journey from inquiry to service delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the brand’s values and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Suggest ideas to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates, contributing to business growth.

Essential Qualities
