THE JOB
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximize revenue for the restaurant. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans:
o Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscapes.
o Define marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
o Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, online advertising, public relations, events).
Manage social media presence:
o Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
o Run targeted social media advertising campaigns.
o Analyse social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage email marketing campaigns:
o Build and maintain an email subscriber list.
o Design and send engaging email newsletters, promotional offers, and targeted campaigns.
o Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Manage online presence:
o Optimize the restaurant's website and online ordering platforms for search engines (SEO).
o Manage online reviews and respond to customer feedback.
o Explore opportunities for online partnerships and collaborations.
Manage public relations and media relations:
o Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets.
o Secure media coverage for the restaurant through press releases, media pitches, and event invitations.

Plan and execute marketing events:
o Organize and execute special events such as food festivals, wine tastings, and live music performances.
o Collaborate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, service) to ensure successful event execution.
Manage marketing budget:
o Track marketing expenses and ensure they align with the overall budget.
o Identify cost-effective marketing opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
o Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
