This position will involve hands-on participation in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and other people-related tasks and projects. - Lead recruitment activities, including drafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Analyse people-related data, produce reports on key drivers, and proactively highlight trends and risks to shape actionable strategies.
- Support the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and company induction.
- Regularly review and suggest improvements to HR processes for optimal efficiency.
- Assist with implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Own or support various HR projects, contributing to a seamless employee lifecycle and engagement experience.
- Manage administration across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, probation, benefits, term changes, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and complete HR files in line with company policy.
- Address queries from managers and team members, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Support the probation process and guide managers and employees as needed.
- Facilitate the performance review and appraisal process.
- Conduct regular surveys and check-ins as required.
- Regularly post and engage with posts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
