  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and client acquisition
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the agency
  • Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior leadership
