- As the Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our high-end fashion boutique.
- You will be tasked with creating an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele, while also driving the store's financial performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Your strong leadership, keen eye for fashion, and exceptional customer service skills will be paramount in this role.

- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee the store's inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand's image and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets.
