Key Deliverables

• Oversee daily operations of retail stations within the assigned territory.

• Drive sales performance and achieve set targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with station operators and other stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Provide training and support to retail station staff.

Essential Qualities

  •  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Prior experience in the energy industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
