Key Deliverables

  1. Participate in digital and social media activities 
  2. Develop relevant training materials for online and digital marketing including flyers, videos etc 
  3. Send out cold emails 
  4. Carry out online research on potential clients 
  5. Look out for tenders and requests for proposals and process the same 
  6. Prepare business proposals and follow them through 
  7. Lead generation

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.  
  • Experience working with a HR agency offering recruitment or training services is an added advantage
