  • You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of solar inverters and related products to ensure business growth.

Key Deliverables

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing in-depth knowledge of solar inverter products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on benefits and ROI.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives.

Post-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Essential Qualities
