Main mission:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of prospecting of existing and potential markets. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities, whilst ensuring the development and retention of current customers. You will work closely


collaboration with other team members throughout your missions, particularly during the preliminary project phases.




Your mission also includes a strategic dimension: you will be involved in analyzing market needs, defining appropriate business approaches and implementing action plans to achieve the set objectives. In this capacity, you will be the direct representative of the company


with our customers, embodying the values ​​and brand image of the organization. Finally, your ability to build relationships of trust, understand specific customer expectations and propose adapted solutions will be major assets for success in this position.

Key Deliverables

Analysis of Calls for Tenders

o Identify calls for tenders relevant to the company.

o Analyze requirements and selection criteria.

o Assess the feasibility and resources required to respond to the call for tenders.

Coordination and collection of information

o Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary information (technical, financial, legal, etc.).

o Ensure that all stakeholders understand the requirements and deadlines.

Drafting the Proposal

o Draft proposals in response to calls for tender, ensuring that they are complete, accurate and compliant with requirements.

o Highlight the company’s strengths and competitive advantages.



Deadline Management

o Ensure all submissions are ready and sent on time.

o Maintain a precise schedule to follow the different stages of the process of

submission.

Monitoring and Negotiation

o Track the status of submitted proposals and respond to questions or additional requests from potential clients.

o Participate in contractual negotiations once the offer has been accepted, in collaboration with

legal and commercial teams.

Continuous Improvement

o Analyze feedback and results of submissions, whether winning or losing.

o Propose and implement improvements to increase success rates of future submissions.

Make database implementation choices

Take into account the internal specificities of the company

Configure database management systems (DBMS)

Ensure the administration and maintenance of existing databases

Apply patches, updating DBMS software and managing the evolution of the

database structure according to business needs 

Design and implement standards

Design of database exploitation in terms of usage and security

Optimize the database

Make adjustments to indexing, data reorganization, and configuration of the

DBMS, to ensure better response times

Manage and optimize backup and archiving processes

Prevent data loss in the event of a disaster
