- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and customer preferences to effectively communicate the brand’s story and values to customers.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, offering personalized styling advice, and helping them find products that match their needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that drives repeat business.
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and organized.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and potential product improvements to the management team.
