  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide executive support to the Managing Director.
  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Handle calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
  • Strong minute-taking and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
