- The HR Manager at Frutta will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- This role involves overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- The HR Manager will foster a positive workplace culture that supports growth and productivity.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
- Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Set KPIs and monitor employee progress.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

- Identify training needs in the plant and organize relevant training programs.
- Facilitate career development and succession planning.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Conduct salary reviews and market benchmarking.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain HR metrics and provide reports on HR activities.
- Use data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
