Your primary responsibilities will include: Community Building: Establish and nurture communities of talent within our Centre of Excellence (COE) and regional areas.
Talent Engagement: Develop and manage communication strategies to engage top talent with Jellyfish, positioning us as their employer of choice, utilizing innovative sourcing tools to enhance engagement.
Global Project Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive global projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence and improving the candidate experience.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Work closely with the talent team to ensure our talent pool is diverse and our selection process are inclusive.
Interview Coordination: Help coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
Offer Management: Support the offer management process, ensuring a smooth transition for selected candidates.
