What you’ll do:

You’ll work across all business functions including Go-To-Market, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, Product and Engineering, G&A and IT, making sure the end-to-end onboarding journey is seamless – from employer

brand to DEI and talent mobility. Thanks to you, we’ll attract and hire only the best talent

and continue to outsmart cybercriminals.

• In depth expertise in all areas of recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
• Corporate TA recruiting experience, including some previous experience in a staffing agency setting preferred
• Tech recruiting experience within the technology industry or related industry
• Proven experience with full life-cycle recruiting
• Experience in creating innovative and effective sourcing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Solid working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting
• preferable), LinkedIn, Beamery, Codility, Wamly, Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
