As a Telefundraiser, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential donors and engaging with them about Greenpeace's environmental campaigns to drive fundraising through telemarketing. Your key responsibilities will include:
● Making outbound calls to potential donors and introducing them to Greenpeace's environmental campaigns
● Building relationships with potential donors and encouraging them to become regular monthly donors
● Meeting or exceeding fundraising targets to support Greenpeace's mission
● Using fundraising scripts and techniques to effectively communicate with potential donors & generate appointments for the team.
● Accurately recording donor information and donation amounts in call center software
● Participating in ongoing training and development to improve fundraising skills
● Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion
